Abstract
ABSTRACT The advent of information and Communications Technology (ICT) is rapidly changing the financial industry. In this study, the impact of ICT on the financial industry is described. A questionnaire was employed to collect data from members of staffs and managements of eight major banks, three insurance companies and one stock broking firm in Nigeria.
