Abstract
ABSTRACT The study focuses on the mergers and bank performance in Nigeria. To achieve the objectives of this study, quantitative data was gotten from secondary sources, and random sampling technique was utilized in selecting a sample size of sixteen Banks representing 67% of the total population. The Ordinary Least Square technique of regression analysis was used to estimate the parameters of the model.
