Abstract The initiation to drug, alcohol and substance abuse early in life has exposed adolescents to voluntary drug consumption, smoking, drinking and substance abuse which have become a threat to our Nation. This study focused on improving the knowledge, attitude and perception of tramadol use among secondary school student in Akure.
