CHAPTER ONE INTRODUTION 1.1 Back ground of the study KRDT (Kenya Rural Development Training) started its operations in 1999; It is a local NGO (non government organization).It started as a training institute but latter expanded its services to include resolving domestic conflicts improved communication; and conflict resolutions under the lands department.
