Abstract
ABSTRACTThe study investigates the empirical relationship between the capital market activities and economic growth in Nigeria. Using data covering the period 1980 to 2009, both statistical and econometric tools were employed to estimate the empirical relationships. The findings in the analysis in the study show that total listed stocks have a very strong positive impact on the Nigerian economy.
