ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effectiveness whether or not manpower training and development are effectively organized in the first Bank PLC Enugu main office. The idea is to ultimately come up with scientifically verifiable conclusion or various aspects of the subject matte namely training staff appraisal and staff development.
