ABSTRACT Among medicinal plants, Picralima nitida is well investigated and has been shown to possess renal and hepatoprotective activities. The present study was conducted to investigate the chemoprotective effect of methanol extract of Picralima nitida leaves on carbon tetrachloride-induced oxidative stress in albino rats.
