ABSTRACTIn the National Policy of Education (2004), emphasis is made on the need for laying a solid or sound basis for scientific effective thinking. This can only be achieved by the use of ICT in teaching and learning process. ICT is paving the way for a new pedagogical approach where students are expected to play a more active role than before.
