AT NATIONAL DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY [NDLEA] ABSTRACT The study attempts to examine the impact of skill management on employee's      efficiency          in      an     organization. Consequently relevant literatures were reviewed on the subject matter. National Drug Law Enforcement agency (NDLEA) was selected as a case study.
