Organizational Structure And Organizational Performance

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to ascertain the influence of organizational structure on organizational performance in University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State. The study made use of survey research design of lecturers in the University of Benin in Ugbowo Campus, Benin City, Edo State. The study used Bill Golden techniques to arrive at the expected sample size of 90 respondents. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistical method and Chi-Square test.
