An Assessment Of The Effect Of Smes On Employment Generation In Gombe Metropolis

ABSTRACTThis research examined the Effects of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Employment Generation in Gombe Metropolis. The Personality Based Theory, Human Capital Theory and the Goal Setting Theory were adopted as theoretical framework for this study. Data for the study were obtained through questionnaire designed on a four (4) point Likert scale. In all, one hundred respondents were used for this study.
