 ABSTRACT The aim of this is to investigate and find out the role of secretaries in the 21st century. To do this effectively the research took into consideration the concept of secretary function of a secretary the problem they encounter in the course of discharging their duties.Some research questions were formed for the study and the study and the research use percentages and figures to analyze the data collected.
