Leadership And Organizational Performance At Konnected Limited.

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to examine if leadership does play a role in the performance of an organization. This was examined at Konnected Ltd- a multinational engineering firm in Ghana. The study employed the qualitative approach to gather data from employees. A sample size of eleven (11) mid to top level management employees were sampled using convenience and purposive sampling method to share their insight about leadership and performance at Konnected Ltd.
