ABSTRACT The objective of the study is to find out the effects of employee turnover in the timber industry. The study is to find out sources of employee turnover, causes of employee turnover,effects of turnover, cost of turnover(A case study of East Forest Products Limited). Ghana has a relatively high turnover rate in the timber industry as a whole. This has gone a long way to affect the productivity rate of most of the timber companies as asserted by most of the companies.
