ABSTRACT The research on the effects of motivation on workers in the public sector with particular reference to the Nigerian Telecommunication Limited (NITEL) Enugu state was intended to determine motivation in the NITEL, Enugu. In conducting the research therefore, references were made to source including some related literature.
