ABSTRACTThis study investigates and evaluate the attitude of administrative workers to work in Edo State, using College of Education, Ekiadolor-Benin. Four (4) research questions were formulated and one (1) hypothesis state, questionnaires were administered to thirty-five (35) respondents in order to gather data for the research. The findings revealed the following: That the college of education, Ekiadolor staff have positive attitude to work.
