Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study examines corporate governance and bank failure in Nigeria. A longitudinal data for the periods 2006 to 2010 was collected. The descriptive statistics test showed that the variables are not normally distributed. The correlation matrix revealed that, the controlled variables are negatively correlated with bank failure.
