Assessing the hygiene practices of food handlers in Kankia community this top priority of this research. This research work was designed to evaluate the efforts of government and NGOs, such as UNICEF, WHO and the general public of Kankia Local Government toward enhancing, limiting and improving hygiene practices in Kankia Local Government.
