Development Of An Electronic Job Testing System

ABSTRACT The project develops an electronic job testing system for job recruitment in an organization. The system, when developed, will be able to test applicant and to determine if applicants are suitable, considering the large number of people that apply for a particular job offer. It will also create an effective job testing solution suitable for personnel recruitment management over the internet and would facilitate the fast and accurate selection of qualified applicants.
