ABSTRACT The aim of this project was to find out the role of Nkanu Women Co-operative Society Development, Nkanu Local Government Area in Enugu State. The subjects used for the study consisted of four hundred and ninety-nine (499) Women Co-operatives from six 96) registered women co-operatives in the same Local Government.
