ABSTRACT  The topic of this study is the effect of organizational structure on workers performance in Nigeria financial institutions. A case study of first bank Nigeria PLC. The objectives of the study on workers performances, the effect of financial position in the  effective functioning of the structure and to find  out the reason for authority overlap, frictions and misunderstanding in organizations without well defined structure.
