 ABSTRACTIndiscipline includes lawlessness; examination malpractice absenteeism etc is one of the major problems threatening our educational institution in Nigeria. The research therefore aimed at identifying the causes and problems of truancy in Ondo Secondary School. To achieve the above objective are three hypothesis and the three hypothesis formulated were accepted. The questionnaires were used to elicit response from the respondents finding revealed that indiscipline prevails among students in our secondary school.
