School Leadership Roles Among Head Teachers Of Junior High Schools In The Kassena-nankana East Municipality Of The Upper East Region

ABSTRACT The study was set up to investigate school leadership roles among heads in junior high schools in the Kassena-Nankana municipality of the Upper East Region of Ghana. The quantitative research approach was used. The design used was descriptive survey. Simple random sampling technique was used to select head teachers. A sample size of 41 head teachers was used for the study. The study used questionnaire as the instrument to collect data from the heads of the Junior High Schools.
