Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explore the methods of teaching English Language in KNUST Basic schools in the Oforikrom Municipality. With the use of a descriptive research design, the study purposively sampled 70 English teachers of KNUST Basic School out of the 189 total teaching population. However, the response rate was 85.7% constituting 60 teachers. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires in the form of likert type scale ranging from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (4) was used to collect data.
