Supervisory Practices Of Heads Of Senior High Schools In The Savelugu Municipality In The Northern Region Of Ghana

ABSTRACT  The study investigated supervisory practices of heads of senior high schools at Savelugu Municipal in the northern region of Ghana. The purpose of the study was to find out supervisory practices of the heads. The study focused on areas such as personal support, workshops, in-service training and engagement in school practices, provision of assistance in teaching, problems in supervision and factors to improve supervision.
