Challenges Training Officers Face In Organising In-service Education And Training Programmes For Teachers In Atwima Mponua District

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the challenges training officers in the training department face in organizing In-Service Education and Training programmes in the Atwima Mponua District. A qualitative research design, specifically the case study design was employed for the study. Interview guide and observation were used to gather data from training officers in the District.
