Abstract
This research work highlights the result of a research carried out to assessment of the influence of conflict resolution on the performance of an organization: a case study of Edo State civil service.A substantial aspect of the study involved collecting data through the instrumentation of questionnaires. The data collected were classified, analyzed and the percentages of the findings presented in a table.
