Abstract The study was carried out to determine the skills required by graduates of technical colleges for self-employment in electrical installation and maintenance works in Enugu State. A survey research design was adopted for the study. The population for the study was 35 respondents comprised of teachers of electrical installation and maintenance work and workshop attendants.
