Abstract
This research work examined the Difficulties Encountered by Students in Solving Algebraic Problems in Surulere Education District of Lagos State. The design used for the study was a descriptive survey for collecting data from a sample of one hundred and twenty students and fifteen mathematics teachers from four senior secondary schools selected.
