Abstract
A temperature sensor is a device that reads the temperature of the surrounding and relays the temperature either in degrees Celsius or Kelvin. The LM335 temperature sensor (used in the experiment) gives out the temperature in degrees Celsius. It is calibrated to output the millivolt voltage reading in proportion to its units of measurement i.e. it outputs 10mV/0K.
