ABSTRACT  The purpose of this project was to design and develop a Computer Based Testing (CBT) system in order to facilitate the process of conducting e-examinations especially in tertiary institutions. There is a growing need to find an easy and effective way to carryout continuous assessments for the increasing population of students.
