Abstract
This study examined the influence of perceived organizational support among workers in KPMH Nigeria, Lagos. It also examined the influence of role ambiguity on work life balance among workers in KPMG Nigeria, Lagos. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The subject of the study comprised staff of Tax, Audit and Business support departments of KPMG Lagos State.
