Corporate Restructuring And Organization Performance Of National Police Service In Kenya

ABSTRACT The main aim of this research was to analyze the relationship between corporate restructuring and performance of the National Police Service in Kenya. For a long-time the National Police Services have performed poorly in terms of their roles. A report by Transparency International Kenya pointed that more than half of Kenyans (54%) of Kenyans felt that the institution did not provide enough security as provided by the constitution.
