Right To Education With Special Reference To Minority Educational Institutions: A Critical Analysis W.r.t Indian Constitutional Framework

The project throws light on the concept of Right to Education against Minorities; to what extent it has been implemented. The key rationale for including the rights of religious and linguistic minorities in the Constitution is to ensure preservation of their culture and also the creation of an educated minority citizenry in India.
