AbstractThis study was conducted in Central Uganda with the research entitled 'A critical analysisof the impact of mortgage transaction on Uganda's development. Uganda economy issmallholder agro-based employing over 80% of the population which is mostly rural.Women contribute the bulk (over 70%) of the agricultural labour force.
