A Study Of The Perception Of Maritime Services In Nigeria

This survey focuses on the Perception of Maritime Services in Nigeria.  Relevant literatures in the Nigerian Maritime Industry and Port Service quality were reviewed to give relevance to the study.  The findings of this survey reveal that services offered at Warri Port had favourable influence on actual perceptions of quality of service and that the study reveals that there is a very strong relationship between the core and relational dimensions of service quality and satisfaction.
