ABSTRACT The challenges faced by students in Nigerian Universities are increasing. The need to curb some of these challenges has motivated the researcher to design an online project and assignment submission management system. Students face the challenge of meeting the deadline for assignment submission and also the cost of printing hard copies of paper necessitated this research work.
