Measurement Of Prothrombin Time And Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time In Sudanese Sickle Cell Anemia Patients In Khartoum State

Abstract This is a case control study aimed to measure levels of, Prothombin time (PT), activated partial Thromboplastin time (APTT), platelet count in patients with homozygous sickle cell disease (HbSS), sickle cell trait (HbAS) and normal controls (HbAA).
