ABSTRACT Normal vaginal flora contains a wide range of microorganisms. Bacterial vaginosis BV is the main reason for vaginal discharge. Many gram-positive and gram-negative rods i.e. E.coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas spp. are major contributors to bacterial vaginosis.
