ABSTRACTThe research work done is Recruitment Policies and Procedures in organizations and companies. The research examined the recruitment policies and procedures in the Enugu State Civil Service (A case study of Enugu State Civil Service Commission). The research used both primary and secondary data which were collected and analyzed.
