Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was designed to explore resource allocation as a strategy for poverty alleviation using the Counties ofigara and Sheema in Bushenyi District, as a case study. The study targeted 382 residents and 52 officials; 40 development partners (NGOs) and 12 sector heads.
