Performance Evaluation Of Civil Servants Through The New Public Management Project

This investigated the impact of the New Public Management (NPM) on the performance of civil servants under the civil service commission. The secondary data for this study was sourced from the Civil Service Commission Reform, and primary data from staff from Ministries Departments and Agencies in the FCT, Abuja. The researcher covered a time series of five years from 2013 to 2017 which covers the period of NPM introduction.
