ABSTRACT  The research on IMPACT OF MOTIVATION ON THE PRODUTIVITY OF WORKERS with references to NATIONAL POPULATION COMMISSION (NPC) ENUGU HEARDQUARTER as my case study was intended to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of workers in national population commission (NPC).
