Abstract
Revenue generation in the public sector is very important because of demand for economic development. This study examined Revenue Generation, utilization, grassroots transformation and accountability in Uyo Local Government Council. It employed descriptive and analytical approaches. A total number of forty (40) respondents out of fifty (50) were selected.
