ABSTRACT This research work is centre on “The Role of Nigeria Labour Union in Democratic Consolidation in Nigeria’’ A case study of Nigeria Labour Congress, Kogi State Chapter. The major objectives of the work is to examine how the weakness of trade union in Nigeria constitutes other problems to labour management. Primary and secondary methods were used in collecting data, while simple percentage method was used in analyzing data.
