This study was designed to investigate collective bargaining and the welfare of workers in Exxon Mobil Company. Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State. This is because workers in Exxon Mobil Company has been finding it so difficult get their entitlement, like motivational package and other incentives, left with the salaries alone.
