ABSTRACT    The need for the Nigerian construction industry to move away from the traditional forms of project procurement and embrace project management services cannot be over emphasized. This is as a result of the importance of capital projects to the development of a young nation. This study investigated the impact of project management services on building construction. The study is a survey which utilizes cross-sectional design.
