ABSTRACT This study examine the effect of self-efficacy, welfare and motivation on secretary’s productivity in Lagos Secretariat, Alausa, Lagos State. This study adopted descriptive research design. The population was drawn from Lagos Secretariat, Alausa, Lagos State. 50% were used to select one hundred and twenty-three secretaries that participated in this study.
