Household Consumption Preference For Plant Proteins In Ekiti State, Nigeria

 ABSTRACTThis research was undertaken to determine consumption preference between plant protein and animal protein sources by households in Nigeria, using Ekiti state as a case study and the variables that influenced the households' consumption preference between the two.
