Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to explore whether personality affects an individual’s level of job satisfaction. The survey was carried out in the telecom industry. The sample size consisted of 25 respondents each from Visafone Nigeria Limited and Zain Nigeria. A total of four hypotheses were tested to meet the objectives of the research by means of chi-square.
